It makes the entire process of employee training a piece of cake. Our training management system allows various department manager(s) to identify the need of training and identify the candidate those would be trained. Respective department head processes a training request to HR personnel

HR department identifies that do they have in-house trainer or they need out sourced any trainer for requested training

Publish Training Calendar

Publish Training Calendar

If they already have in-house trainer then they will plan a calendar and send invite to respective manager. Otherwise, they will hire or out-source the trainer and send the calendar invite to respective manager accordingly

Training Performance and Assessment

Training Performance and Assessment

Finally, when the training has been delivered to individual or group of people, an assessment program starts and the assessment report has been submitted to respective manager and HR personnel saves this report into HR repository
